I am beyond stoked to announce that we will be releasing No Trigger’s upcoming 7″/digital EP, entitled “Be Honest”, later this year. This will be the band’s first release in over 4 years, since the release of “Canyoneer” in 2006 on Nitro Records.

Full release details, including the cover art and track listing, will be announced towards the end of September. For now check out the video below explaining the band’s return and future plans!

**UPDATE: vinyl will be arriving to us this Friday (August 27th). We will be assembling, packing, and shipping everything right away! Thanks for your support and patience.

Friends,

We just received the booklet inserts for this record, and they are gorgeous! 10×10″s, full-color, matte finish, this record is coming out amazing! The only missing piece is the vinyl itself, which shipped out last week. We should be receiving those within the next couple days. I’ll be assembling them and shipping out orders ASAP. I’m preparing myself for a bunch of all-nighters so these aren’t delayed any further. Below are pictures of the booklet:

Front cover (looks a little green, but it’s just white with the gray smiley logo):

Thank you again for being so patient and supportive of this release — you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Hey friends,

We finally received the jackets yesterday afternoon, and we will be receiving the booklets either today or tomorrow. Half the vinyl is shipping out this week, and the second half if shipping out early next week. We’ll be assembling and shipping everything out as quickly as possible. For now, check out the pictures of the jacket below, the spot gloss on the black smiley face looks amazing! I’ll be posting pictures of the booklet as soon as they come in!

Love,
RJ

We’ve been working on this for a while, and I’m excited that we’re finally able to announce! Albany-NY’s AFTER THE FALL will be releasing their newest full-length, entitled “Eradication,” on October 12th via Mightier Than Sword Records. Featuring 14 brand new tracks, in the vein of the band’s last EP (“Collar City”), “Eradication” is harder, faster, and more pissed off than ATF’s previous work. Recommended for fans of Bad Religion, Avail, Paint It Black, and Strike Anywhere.

The full-length will be released on CD, digital, and limited edition vinyl. Pre-order will start September 12th at 11 PM EST. Stay tuned for a new link to the MTS webstore, as we will be changing our webstore platform. The current MTS webstore can be found HERE.

If you want to get familiar with AFTER THE FALL before the full-length comes out, you can purchase their 3 song EP “Collar City” from ITUNES, EMUSIC, or the 7″ (solid blue vinyl) in our WEBSTORE.

Head over to the band’s MySpace to stream “Ruins” and “Lifer” (featuring James Carroll of Make Do And Mend), both off the upcoming full-length.

The pressing plant is working away on this release and should have everything shipped out to us in about 2 weeks (max, I believe). I know this has been frustrating for those of you who ordered. It’s frustrating for me when a project runs into a million issues that take time to sort out. My main focus is to make sure this release comes out exactly as we’ve planned. One thing that I was extremely particular about was the pink and green vinyl colors, which took a while for them to match, but as you can see in the picture below, came out perfectly. The pressing plant sent me that picture yesterday, so as far as I know we are in full production now and good to go.

If you’ve e-mailed me in the past week, I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. All e-mails will be responded to by tonight.

Below you will find the gatefold jacket proof and a picture of the half green/half pink LP that the pressing plant sent me yesterday. Hopefully these pictures get you stoked for the release. This record will be WAY worth the wait. UPDATE: this release has a booklet but I can’t format it to post here. Gotta keep some things a surprise!

If you have any questions, concerns, hate, please e-mail me directly: rj@mtsrecords.com

We’ve run into some pressing plant/approval issues with the release of Blink-182’s “Self-Titled” 2xLP vinyl release.

We had to switch pressing plants last minute so that we could do the vinyl colors we originally had planned on, which included getting new test pressings to approve. Those have finally been approved. We’ve been waiting on the band’s approval of the artwork layout, which we are still waiting on, but hoping to have within the next couple days. Besides that, everything is ready for production.

I’m doing my best to push the necessary approvals and production along as quickly as possible. We’ve been plagued with delays with the past couple big releases, but it’s something we’re working on to fix the problem. I am working to have these records ready to ship out by early August, or sooner, if possible. As soon as I have a shipment date from the pressing plant, I will post more information here.

If you have any concerns or questions about your order, if you need to change your shipping address, or if you’re just pissed off about the delay, please feel free to e-mail me at rj@mtsrecords.com, I’d be happy to discuss it with you. I appreciate your support, and promise you that you will have your record(s) as quickly as possible.
